Offender management service is a java web application developed to maintain data without any duplication and losses. All the information related to the prisoners are maintained automatically. Information about the prisoners or prisons can be provided quickly and efficiently.

This system provides complete details of each prisoner. This system also maintains details of all the cases against each prisoner. All the activities of the prisoner will be pre planned and listed clearly in this system. Details like entry date, allocated prison and the release data will be mentioned. All the activities of the prisoner like in time and out time will be automatically updated.

Ledgers and files regarding the prisoner can be maintained with a high level security. This project provides the user to access the data without any in convince and difficulty. In this system data will be organized in a proper way without doesn’t lead to any inconsistency.

Objective:

Modules:

Administrators:

Administrator can maintain different registers such as nominal rolls, case register, automated release register, parole register, duty register and in-out register. Other tasks done by the administrator are generation of reports, maintenance of log files, backup, and recovery of data any time. Administrator also manages details of number of cells and their usage. Administrator is also responsible for managing finances of prison.

Police officers:

Police officers can seek information regarding prisoners and convicts. The information is used to make decisions regarding court hearings, remands, release dates etc.

Data Managers:

On the behalf of administrator data manager prepares all the registers with appropriate data. They can have the privilege to add and update data in the different registers.

Nominal Rolls:

The details of the prisoner and his/her demographic details should be captured. A digital photo comprising different views of the prisoner and the list of articles surrendered by prisoner during nominal roll are to be recorded.

Reports:

The system allows the generation of various reports based on different criteria such as prisoners details.

Abstract:

Unique id management system is a project developed to provide the information about the citizen in any country. The information can be found by the unique id of the citizen. In this unique id management system all the transactions based on the id will be performed by the citizen.

Introduction:

Unique id management is a project which provide flexible and efficient way to provide the unique id. Every citizen should have unique identification to find out personal information in each and every department or services wherever the citizen goes or do work.

Unique identity for every citizen can be provided with a birth certificate. After attaining age of 18 every citizen must register at RTO office or Collector office or Thasildar office. They will  get a password to access the site which is assigned to apply for id. ID card will be provided to every user after registration.

Citizens will be given a username and password. By entering into the site user can perform all the official operations. User can use all the government services. User can apply online from anywhere.

They can pay their electricity bill and telephone bill, book railway tickets and airline tickets and pay their taxes once after entering the site. During elections people can poll online. Government officials can verify details about a person from the database for issuing vehicle license, passport, visa, etc.

Objective:

The main objective of this project is to provide an unique identification without any duplication and difficulty to the users.

Modules:

User Login:

Every citizen can login and access their information page. All Indian citizens of age 18 and above:

Authorized Government security officials:

Authorized security persons in police, army, and airlines should given a unique ID and password to access the security officials page which give access to information of all users. Officials can access a user’s information in demand. Unnecessary access is prohibited.

Moderators:

Moderator can have access to details of all the users. He can modify the entire database.

Administrator:

Administrator can only access information. For any information update they must approach corresponding office to get approval. Admin can modify the entire coding and structure of the system. No moderator and admin can change details without any approval.

Guest / Anonymous:

Guests can read articles, rate them and comment on them. They can also access other optional features but can’t post articles unless they sign in as registered users. Automatic commenting the articles by spammers / automatic bots to be defied.

Registered Members(Students/faculty):

College students /faculties can only register as members through unique ID’s and old pupils registration to be supported. Registered members ,Moderators and Administrators are allowed to post articles.

Moderators:

Moderators will have associated categories, according to which to be validated articles will be posted to them on their profiles.  On rejection, he will have to provide a reason for the same, which will be forwarded to the concerned user. Automatic mails to be sent on rejection/acceptance of articles.

Administrator:

Admin can add / delete moderators. Progress report of moderators will be available to her / him. Admin has all the privileges a moderator has. Can post news which will be visible at the home page.

The Administrator can enter the all the details of the Doctors details and all  the information related to the devices in hospital. He can view all the doctors, employees, finance dept staff and all the information related to the devices in the hospital.

Doctor module :

This module maintains all the information of the particular user, which belongs to the devices which  are available in the Hospital. This module maintains the details of the devices issued to the user. This module place a request to the devices which he required. This can be maintaining Admin, Doctors, and Accountants.

Finance Dept Module :

This module deals with view the profile and he can modify and update the profile. This module will look after the inventories, place a new order of devices and add the new devices which arrives the hospital. The device sanction is done based the request of the doctor and approval of the administrator. The devices can be updated and deleted from the list of inventories by the finance department module only.

Employee/Staff :

This module deals with view the profile and he can modify and update the profile. This module will be responsible for the inventory maintenance and monitoring of the devices in the hospital. This module people will deliver the devices to the doctors based on  the sanctioned devices by the finance department to the doctors.

Existing System:

In the existing system buying and selling a product is done manually. Price of the product is fixed by the seller. All the details of the product to be sold or purchased is maintained manually. Sellers or buyers not able to get the complete information about the product.

Proposed System:

The proposed system buyers or sellers can directly register in the site and sell/buy the product otherwise they can contact with a seller directly.
