The Online Voting system is made for the people of the country residing around the world and wants to vote for their representative. The election can be conducted in two ways the paper ballot election and the automated ballot elections.

The automated ballot elections are called the electronic voting. The online voting system is highly developed and the online polling system can be replaced by accurately and directly voting online and immediate results. The online voting system is done by the internet so it can be called the Internet Voting. 

The Existing System 

The existing system is manual and the paper based voting which is voted on paper and counted manually. The electronic tabulation brings new kind of voting system in which the electronic cards with all candidates symbol is marked manually and this can be counted electronically. The electronic voting systems are now different types known as the punch card, mark sense and the digital pen voting systems. 

The Electronic Ballot Marker makes the voter more easy to vote by providing the selections on the display to vote present on the electronic machine. 

The direct recording electronic voting machine is one which provides the display that can be start when the voter touches the display consists of the mechanical and electro optical buttons, software that accepts the vote and possesses a image or symbol on the display.

The electronic ballots are connected with the central ballot systems which directly accept and get the updated record of all ballots. The central ballot system applies the Precinct count method which calculates the all votes from the ballots present at polling centers. The results are immediate. 

The Proposed System 

The online voting system is for the citizens from all overIndiathat consists of the data and information

  1. The database of the Voter’s information and details
  2. Voter’s Id
  3. Calculation of total votes
  4. Checking information by the voter
  5. Remove wrong information
  6. The information immediately transfers to Election Commission.

The Operating System is the basic resources for the computer to start and run, which provides the platform to the user for accessing the hardware to work on the computer software applications. The operating system deals with the operation and handling of the hardware by accepting specific instructions. The operating system helps the user to use the existing software programs to develop other software program. The computer field has lot of operating systems to run a computer.

The different operating systems have different merits and demerits. The operating system lets us to access the computer system and its applications. To run a computer first job is to install the operating system. If we want to install the new operating system we have to initially uninstall the previous operating system. How ever more than one operating system can be run in one computer but needs high storage capacity. 

For the operating system which has to be run by the help of internet, one requires the computer system and the internet. This technology provides to access the other operating system which is present so far away. The technology brings the easy accessibility of the computer. 

The Proposed System 

The Proposed System is based on the accessibility of the operating system in another computer system by using our computer system with already installed operating system. Our project has made a experiment to develop the operating system with the existing applications. 

We developed a website for the user to use the it as their own system. The website access needs the registration of the user. The user has been given option to customize the operating system as their desktop with all accessibility of files, folder and applications. 

The system is developed in the operating system Windows/ Linux, programming languages J2EE for the front end, My SQL for back end and Net Beans IDE. 

The  hardware systems requires are Pentium IV processor, 32 BIT System Bus, 512 MB RAM, 40 GB hard disk drive.

The Bank has many registered donors who have always focused to donate blood for emergency. Our job is completed by having the donors and their details, the recipient has to contact, if they seek blood. 

The persons who are interested in donating of blood can contact us and registered with us to help the society. The registered donors should felt proud that they are doing a good job for the cause of the society. 

There are two different modules in the Online Blood Bank System.

  1. Admin module
  2. Donor module 

The Admin module has details of the donors and the recipients. The donor and the recipients are provided with the particular identity and password. The member will be provided a login interface for the entry of the Id and password. The functions are there in the module like Change password, manage donor details, manage referrals, update and upgrade donor details, view the reviews, logout. 

The Donor module also provides the Id and the password which is given to every particular registered member. By login to the module the user can perform the functions like change password, search the blood group, about donating blood, the persons seeks the blood, search donor, send a reference to a friend, logout. 

The Online Blood Bank System has developed on the Software interfaces consists of the Windows 2000 or XP operating system, SQL Server 2000 RDBMS, VS. NET 2008 and ASP. NET programming. 

The hardware required is 128 MB RAM with 20 GB hard disk.

The current system posses the manual voting called ballot system and the voting calculation done on manual basis which has more wastage of the time. The Proposed System has the voting system and the counting procedure computerized. The system has ability to perform the voting procedure in less time, reduces the error possibility and the will not accept the invalid votes. 

The Features of the Online Voting

  2. The over all percentage of the voting done can be done with out any error and soon.
  3. The participating candidate’s performance can be calculated on the basis of the total votes.

The Modules of Online Voting 

The modules of the Online Voting are prepared as per the organizations system. Typically it consists of two modules

  1. The Administrator Module
  2. The User Module 

The Administration module is made for the authorized person of the organization. The authorized person has ability to handle the every function of the voter and the Candidate.

The Administrator can perform the functions such as Insertion of the name, Deletion of the name, updating the name and the authority to carry out the voting procedure. The User module provides the user to see the names of all electing Candidates and vote the candidate.

The Proposed system has software requirements Windows XP operating system, ASP, HTML developing tool, MS access database, IIS 5 server. The hardware requirements are Pentium IV 2 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM.

The Proposed System is completely and officially done as per the requirement to develop the application. The system includes the all required features for the implementation of software and also mentions the user interface and training to work in the software and its documentation. 

The Proposed Project is the Online Air Ticket Booking System to reserve the seat in a flight for the Passengers and to enquire the ticket confirmation. The System will be the part of the Air travel agency and the travel company for showing its status and selling their tickets online. Previously the passenger had to go personally to book the ticket at the ticket counter of the travel company or the travel agency and to inquire the flight schedule. 

The Existing System 

The existing system is based on the manual ticket counters present in the Airport. The passenger has to visit personally at Airport to enquire the schedule and to book a ticket. The travel agency provides the advance booking for the passengers and the travel agents has to depend on the Reservation officials for confirmation of the ticket that makes the procedure cumbersome for the passenger and the agency.

The Proposed System is the Online Air Ticket Booking System which is online portal for the Air flights to enquire and book tickets. 

The Proposed System can be implemented on the hardware consists of the Pentium III 400 MHz processor, 128 MB RAM.

The online web store is made for the above mention users. The web portal has huge capacity to posses the various and numerous stores. The particular shop is made for the single owner. The online web store is a new generation shopping mall which is created for the technology savvy people such as business owner and the shopper for the selling and buying of the goods.

The online web store should have an administrator to manage the business deals and spaces for the owners. The web store should have three different types of users to login to the site, one is the shop owners, second are the shoppers to buy goods and the third one is the administrator who has authorized to regulate the web store. The job of the administrator is to make a space for the business owner and the observation of the business deals in legally.

The online web store includes the digital go down that has been managed by the administrator. The every shop owner has to be given a separated place to make storage of their goods and make it visible to the customers. The administrator manages the go down or online warehouse to accept requisitions for the goods by the owners for sale purpose by which the administrator can watch on the business and keep information for every good.

The web store provides the space for the shop owners to start a new business in a easy way. The user can purchase of his or her interest online. The web store makes the user like a huge shopping mall. The web store has three modules, the admin module, the vendor module and the visitor module.

The Online and Placement Project model is the development of the College Online portal for the Training and Placement Cell. The application can be browsed and accessed in and out of the Institute. The system access can be done by the entering the login ID that has given to the user.

The online portal for the Placement cell is consists of the application developed for the TAPO of the college for maintaining the Student database for the placement. The user or student logging to the portal can update their information as Curriculum vitae. The Visitors and the company personnel for the placement concern can retrieve the information of the student CV by logging in the online portal.

The Existing System

Currently, the purpose of the students for joining the college is to have good placement and training for their career. The existing system provides the manual training with many troubles that has been interrupting for both students and the placement manager. The burden on the Placement Manager is more as the he or she has to maintain bunches of the copies of Resumes of the students. And the student has to depend on the manager for information about the interview call.

The Proposed System

The Proposed System is called the Online Training and Placement System which is constructed to help the student by making online information about the placement schedule and the selection process. The resume of the student is now collected online by the placement manager and the maintain in a database. The interview schedule and the details have to be sent to student by email.

The working features of the Project

The features are listed below and the functions are done according to the lists. The improper details are an assumption to make. The feature consists of the two functions.

  • The user login module can access the system and update CV or Search CV which is present in the front page of the application.
  • The student can upload the CV to update along with the updating information of his or her CV.

The system is developed by using operating system Windows, JAVA programming, JSP, Struts web technology, HTML, Javascript for developing the Front end program, Oracle 9i for developing Back end program, Apache Tomcat 6.0 Web server. 

A Question Answering System Based On Verb net Frames CSE Project Abstract

In the preceding years the mode of answering to the query is used as a by hand. Due to enlarge in use of internet this method shifted to internet. This project is mainly implemented to provide question and answer type in the form of internet. This mode is easy to conduct the large amount of free online text. Based on VerbNet frames this project is implemented. It elaborates the syntactic, thematic and semantic information. This is because to filter out unmatched sentences in semantic level and to elaborate answer portion from the respond sentence. VerbNet is applied to our project to detect the verb frames in question and candidate sentence. Using these method syntactic and thematic information as well as semantic information can be therefore obtained.

            Regarding the background information the user raises the question to the system then the system analyzes and raises two are more queries to the user, after getting the feedback from the user the system answers to the question. Charles J.Fillmore has introduced the case grammar and it defines the sentence meaning. VerNet is a hierarchical domain-independent which contains the syntactic information. It contains a 5257 verb senses and 274 frame classes. The way of processing to the query is of four types. Syntactic analysis and preprocessing, word order adjustment, Tense and voice unification, VerbNet frame detection.

            Our approach to this project is verb frames in question and candidate sentences are detected and we will get the thematic information. When the data present in the answer matches to the question chunks it detects the answer. The main theme of this project is to filter not matching sentences and to rank the correct answer as right.
