In our project laser/led based voice communication system we discuss briefly about designing of the proposed circuit, and develop new ideas in this concerned field, we provide the detail study of the entire circuitry and different types of components used in this circuit.

The active medium in this process is the laser which is the main source for the transmission of the information the choice of laser should have the following properties like; I should be highly monochromatic and coherent.

 This paper describes about two major units one is transmitter unit and the second is receiver unit, the transmitter modulate the signal into optical signal with the help of lasers and transmits the signals through air, and in the receiver section a highly-sensitive receiver is employed for speech bandwidth modifications which decodes the optical information into required audio signal by the help of audio amplifier and photo transistor.

This photo transistor gains information from the light signals and feeds to the amplifier which amplifies the signal and passes to the speaker, the complete circuit description and its operation along with modified results are mentioned in this paper.

While considering the advantages this system is very improved in the areas like maintaining secrecy, high audio quality, privacy in communications is facilitated by using automatic sensor systems, this technique is adopted for interior or exterior communications over a wide range of distances.

The research on laser applications in the field of wireless communications paved path for the advancement in the free space optical communication to a great extent.

In this project we designed a system which use sour mobile phone(DTMF)Dual Tone Multi Frequency technology  Every mobile phone has this facility. In this present technology we have a challenge of long distance computer communication, this can also referred as information networks.

For exchange of information we have many information services in present days like Video teleconferencing,Telex, Facsimile transmission (FAX), Electronics mail, which are much efficient to transfer the information but are expensive too. Our project Mobile Controlled Devices designed by us comes into picture when all the technologies fail when the situation comes to upload or terminal download of files or information fails from the mains.

Use of RF circuits in wireless controlled devices have the drawbacks of limited frequency range, limited working range,limited control options and limited features.To overcome all these above mentioned limitations, our designed device is operated using a mobile phone so that this device can be controlled from anywhere in the world and also gives the advantages of more control options other than device control, no interference as the telecom network has the fixed bandwidth with other signals and if the coverage area of telecom network is good depending on this the working range of the device is unlimited. In our device we can adopt 12 different control options as from any mobile or land line phone, by activating the mobile keypads different keys 12 different DTMF codes will be generated.

Mobile phones or cordless phones are suites best for this application, which use 8870 chips for design.Our designed device in the project working principle is that the device receives the command signals through the mobile phone, the switching of devices will be controlled according to the remote end control signals received through another mobile by decoding the cordless phone DTMF signals received.

People in all over the world has been realized the importance of energy management as we have limited fossil fuels and there is an increase in demand. Energy management and energy efficiency place a very important role in saving the energy.In transmission and distribution of power, power factor plays a major role that is how means if the power factor is low then that system draws more current to satisfy the connected load for a given amount of power. There are two Power Factor Control Centers (PFCs) in BEL to correct low power factors.

BEL-MACHILIPATNAM is having 11KV/440V substation to take care of loads inside the factory and for stepping down the voltage levels BEL-MC has two 750KVA on-load transformers. The incoming main supply 11KV at BEL-MC is divided into 2 feeders to connect to these two transformers through Gang Operating Switch (GOS).

BEL-MC has many energy consumption areas and has a11KV/440V substation. Through this substation only the electric power generated from the APSEB is distributed and Power Control Center controls the power distribution throughout the plant. For any power supply failures BEL-MC consists a backup of 750KVA DG-set.This substation contains one power control center, two 750KVA transformers and one diesel generator.

This paper gives detailed information about the substation, energy consumption pattern in the BEL-MC and the concepts of Energy Conservation and Energy Efficiency that how BEL-MC fallow and satisfy the energy conservation methods.

In this present network have 40 Gb/s of transmission capacity on a wavelength.

But the user require sub-wavelength capacity of ranges from 155 Mb/s to 622 Mb/s and also rarely in gigabits per second range. Therefore alternate for provision of sub-wavelength traffic in wavelength division multiplexing networks has found significant attention in this recent past.

To allow multiple traffic on time multiplexed wavelength, we need to divide sub-wavelength traffic into time slots so that a single wavelength can handle multiple traffic which is a present scenario. Hence CDMA, Code Division Multiple Access is developed in which a wavelength bandwidth is shared across multiple users.

Therefore WDM can be referred as multi-wavelength, multi-code or multi-time slot network.Wavelength converter is a device which converts an optical signal to one wavelength to another and similarly an optical signal is converted from one time slot to another by time slot inter changer device.All-optical implementations of Wavelength converter (WC) and time slot inter changer (TSI) are expensive so cannot be implemented for nodes in the network. By using passive components like fiber-Bragg gratings,CDMA code converter can be implemented.

High-capacity light path from a low-rate traffic can be accomplished in different dimensions by multiplexing it, examples are WDM, TDM and CDMA. In this busy life human had no time to spend time to look after each and every primary thing around him, in order to save his time and energy in everyday life so technology providing options like automatic control systems, sensors minimizing the effort of mankind.

As we from basics energy neither be created nor be destroyed but one form of energy is transformed to other making the energy in entire universe to be constant, here come the real question is the energy transformed is going to be utilized properly, for this question the answer we can say is no, we have to save and conserve this wasting energy, this is very crucial aspect in the minds scientists. So they provided a path to solve the problem in one of the considered areas like street light controlling.

Now our project is about automatic street light control using (LDR), which is gaining enormous attention in these days, here LDR is nothing but light dependent resistor the purpose of this light dependent resistor is to control the on/off conditions in the control system, and also o regulate the circuit based on the sunlight by varying the resistance. 

It is a photo resistor this cell is made of cadmium sulphate,    the function of this resistor is whenever the light intensity is low the resistor operates at high conductive state and at day light its operates as mere insulator and resists the flow of electricity.

These photo cells find applications in street light, clock radios, alarms,  camera light meters and also in dynamic compressors, coming to advantages these small, inexpensive , operates even in low currents, easy to operate and no need of manual attention , in our project we use 18F452 Microcontroller along with RS232 IC at a power Supply of 5v dc With LED. And this total assembly and operation including the performance characteristics are explained in detail in our project.
