Format for the Final Year Project

Students who are going to submit their final year project should remember the following steps for their Project report, project documentation and paper presentation submission. First page of the project report should contain project title in capital letters, project developer names with their College roll numbers, project guide names with their designation. Second page of the project doc should have approval certificate from certified companies or institutes. Third page of the report should have acknowledge information where student can give their special thanks to the parents, college principal, branch head of the department and project guide. Fourth page should have Index of the total project which includes serial number of the Chapter, Chapter name and Page number and this Index page contains total software development life cycle phases with feasibility studies, flow chart analysis, algorithm description, output Screen shots, Sample executed source code, Software requirement specification, Limitations, conclusion, future enhancements and finally references including book names and website addresses of the study.
