Software project management tool final year project explains about time management of the project, using these tool organizations can give clear picture on time consumption at each stage of project development. Based on the report defects can be rectified and take required action.

This software tool will generate reports individually for each project, which explains about time taken for each task. This tool inputs are based on the inputs given by client to the BDO with a project agreement. New project details are updated by BDO, based on the work required for developing, project manager will request developers from HR department for working under him. Employees work is allocated through this software with data and time of completion of task. After developing is completed software is tested and submitted to client. This software contains five modules, where in each module time and plan is allocated.

Client Module: In this module client is provided with log in user name and password and client can check the status of the project by signing in to account.  

BDO Module:  In this module BOD will update project details in to data base along with client requirement for developing project, these details can be viewed by company officials.

Developer Module: In this module developer is provided with time sheets for tasks to be completed he will update and view time sheets on daily bases.

HR Module: In this module HR will provide resources to project manager based on project type and type of skills required for project development.
