Andhra Pradesh State Finance Corporation projects main idea is to implement automation system for maintaining financial information like loan details, monthly payments of APSFC customers. In this system data is maintained in database at backend where information in stored. Initially databases contains information of employee details who are working in organization and information of loans that are issued and interest rates are updated to database.
Initially customers should register with application and submit their documents for loan approval. APSFC management team will look after the submitted document information and check them and if they are genuine loan will be approved. Information of loan type, interest rates are updated to database.
In the next step when user pays loan installments his details like loan number, amount paid in installment, balance amount and date of payment will be updated to database.
Using this application customers can print loan payment reports directly. It will be easy for customers to calculate total amount and remaining amount and installment information.
