Customer Perception Project Report

Customer Perception MBA Project Overview:

The respondents are of HYUNDAI and they came know about the service from hoardings, print media, primarily and through electronic media and road shows secondarily. The respondents are using HYUNDAI since 1 year and below 1 year in most of the cases. The service provided by HYUNDAI is used by majority of the respondents and the reason for choosing it is the quality of the service, followed by brand image.

Customer Perception of the respondents towards HYUNDAI is high; however a significant number of the respondents are dissatisfied with its services.

In purchasing HYUNDAI   products family appear to be the prime motivators of the respondents in making their purchase decisions, due to the special offers being targeted by the company at this segment.

The respondents are paying their bills at the company show rooms, and these are also on delivery time.

The respondents are desirous of having online bill payment service for convenience as its saves their time, money and effort. The instruments being providing with billing service are being well received by the respondents.

SUGGESTIONS

  • Parking facilities should be enhanced in order to satisfy customers.
  • Management personnel should maintain gracious relation with the customers.
  • Knowledge of the employees should be improved in order to answer the customer’s troubles.
  • The layout of the Show room should be enhanced in order to move customers around the Show room.
  • Improve modern looking equipment and features in showroom.
  • Give training to employees on how to convince the customer.

Automatic Weather Control Project Report

This project entitled “AUTOMATIC WEATHER CONTROL OF CAR AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM”, is designed and implemented using PIC microcontroller, an IC manufactured by Microchip Corporation.

In this project, according to the external and cabin temperature, the hot air from the heater and cold air from the Air Conditioner is mixed automatically and hence easy and efficient  Air Conditioning is achieved.  This mechanism involves the control of the duct mechanism present in the Air Conditioner setup by using a stepper motor.

Automatic Weather Control

The advantages of our project are

  • Economical
  • Easy Installation
  • Compact

DISCUSSION OF RESULTS

We have presented a method for making the air-conditioning system in a car, run efficiently and automatically. Our Automatic weather control system has provided a simpler way of air-condition control.

FUTURE WORK

This efficient control mechanism can be further developed to control the Air Conditioner throw by controlling the blower motor.

The vent mechanism in the car Air Conditioner can also be automated by this efficient method.

MBA Project Report on Satisfaction of Employees

MBA Project on Satisfaction of Employees Overview:

The relationship between man and work has always attracted the attention of philosophers, scientists and novelists. The nature and significance of work should be important as an area of study, as it occupies much of a man’s life span.

By working on a job, most men gratify many of their needs. Work in this regard, is a potent source of need gratification of all types such as physical, security, social and ego needs. Employees’ Satisfaction is primarily based upon the satisfaction of needs. The stronger the need, the more closely will be the employee satisfaction depend on its gratification.

Satisfaction is a powerful motivator of human behavior. It is imperative that administrators understand satisfaction vs. dissatisfaction. The benefits of employee satisfaction are often realized immediately and results can be staggering.

  • Improved Instruction.
  • Enhanced Teamwork
  • Decreased Turnover /Improved Retention
  • Increased Productivity
  • Better Communication

The term employees’ satisfaction covers the satisfaction derived from being engaged in work or in any pursuit of a higher order. It is essentially related to human needs and their fulfillment through work. It is generated by the individual’s perception of how well his employer satisfies his various needs.

Organizations today focus much attention in measuring and improving their workers attitude, but this was not the case always. In the scientific management era, the employees were considered to be just another machine. There was no interest in employee satisfaction. After all, a machine does not have any attitudes or feelings.

Soon efforts were undertaken to measure attitudes and to train supervisors to be sensitive to employee’s feelings. It was thought if the job satisfaction and morale could be improved, job performance would improve as well.

Measurement of employees’ attitude can also be used to benefit employees. Some organizations consider attitude survey as a form of upward communication and a chance for their employees to express their feelings about positive and negative aspects of the workplace. Such attitude surveys are only beneficial if the communication channels operate in both directions.

Periodic attitude surveys can be of immense practical importance to both the employers and the employees providing both an ongoing analysis of employees, participation in shaping the organization policies and practices.

They were used to assess their liking and preference for KMCH.

The type of research adopted was the Performance monitoring type. The data was collected using a standardized questionnaire, through the interview mode.

The target respondent groups were the households of upper-middle-class category. Non – probability judgmental sampling was the sampling technique used. The sample size was 225.

Descriptive Statistics was used for the analysis of the data collected. The analysis found that KMCH enjoys good popularity as far as emergency care services are concerned.

Regarding the awareness about the various specialties, only open-heart surgeries and Master health checkups are predominantly known to the respondents. For all the other specialties the awareness level is low.

KMCH has attracted the highest number of recalls for emergency services, hip/knee replacements, Brain Stroke, and Master Health check-up. The study also revealed that there are a large proportion of people who feel that the hospital’s charges for the services provided are on the higher side.

Administrative questions identify the respondent interviewer, interview location and condition. Classification questions are usually sociological demographic variables that allow respondents answers to be grouped. Target questions address the investigative questions specific to the study objectives.

The data were collected through survey method a questionnaire was prepared and administered on hundred employees in Seshasayee Paper Board Limited, Erode. The data was analyzed by using appropriate statistical tools and conclusions were drawn.

The data collected from the respondent were converted into readable form in the process of classification and arrangements. The data was tabulated and analyzed for logical statement using simple statistical method and Chi-square was used as the statistical tool for analysis.

An employee will be satisfied if he gets what he expected. Job satisfaction relates to inner feeling of a worker. Naturally it is the satisfied worker who shows the maximum effectiveness and efficiency in his work. Most people generalized that workers are concerned more about pay rather than other factors, which also affect their level of satisfaction such as canteen facilities, bonus, working conditions, etc. Of course these factors are less significant when compared to pay.
