Embedded Web Server Abstract

The main aim of EMBEDDED WEB SERVER project development is to implement the compact implement the compact Ethernet based data logger system, Ethernet based home automation system and message sending . This high performance unit is possible by interfacing a Ethernet controller to the high speed AVR controller. In order to implement this we have to select one Ethernet controller which is SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) based and is easy to interface with microcontroller.

This application uses ENC28J60 as ether net controller for serial interface. ENC28J60 can support either full duplex mode or half duplex mode. It will take transmitting/receiving 8Kbytes. ENC28J60 has internal DMA for fast access data. 

The module allows a user to interface a home appliance through the internet. The project is designed for a generic home appliance so the only user option is to turn it on/off. By selecting the data from web page, we can send the packet of information to the LAN. Microcontroller collects this packet, processes it and outputs the data. The data goes into a circuit which turns the appliance off or on.

Embedded Data Acquisition System with Pc Interface Abstract

EMBEDDED DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM WITH PC INTERFACE projects main idea is to develop a application which can monitor parameters like temperature and humidity and allow to analysis the data. Here in this project we are dealing with communication of data between micro controller and personal computer using serial communication. In this project data is regularly monitored by pc. Sensors will send data to micro controller through ADC. Micro controller and pc are communicated using serial communication.

In system uses LM35 sensor, MCP3 201 ADC,MAX232.

 The data that is stored in the PC is easier to monitor or retrieve at any time compared to storing in a particular memory. Nowadays we are using the same process for storing the data in the PC in any kind of industries.

Eight Channel Data Acquisition System Abstract

Aim:

      The main of  EIGHT CHANNEL DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM project is to capture data (Analog) from sensors and display on PC.

This application uses 8051 micro controller with a 8 bit analog to digital converter. And the out put is displayed on LCD screen.

A characteristic feature of A to D converters is its resolution; another important feature is the conversion speed.Higher the resolution more the number of bits required to represent the data. The digital data from the A to D chip becomes available when the chip indicates end of conversion. The A to D chip requires a clock for producing the conversion. An 8 bit ADC can produce a count of 255 for full scale. I.e. if the full scale (5V) then 5/255 will be the least value that the A to D can measure. This is called 1LSB. This value multiplied by the port data produces the voltage at the analog input of the chip. Another important aspect of any A to D conversion is the analog ref. Voltage supplied to the chip. The accuracy of this voltage dictates the accuracy of the reading.

Remote Areas Data Acquisition Using RF Module Abstract

The main aim of Remote Areas Data Acquisition Using RF Module project is to develop a application which will detect the conditions at remote area using RF module.

Data Acquisition refers to continuously reading the data from any of the sensors that we connect. LM35 is the temperature sensor used in this project which is used to communicate in two directions between RF transmitter and micro controller. The controller sends the data to the transmitter and the data is received by the receiver. This is a continuous process.

This can be used as an application in Remote Lighting Controls, On-Site Paging, Asset Tracking, Wireless Alarm and Security Systems, Long Range RFID, Automated Resource Management and so.

Data Acquisition System with GSM Modem Abstract

Data Acquisition system with GSM Modem projects main idea is to develop a application which can handle sensitive parameters like temperature, humidity …etc. Handling this parameters is important for many industries mainly pharmaceutical and chemical companies. This application uses GSM technology, though GSM provide voice and video calling facilities but this project uses just messaging feature. There will be continuous communication between sensors and micro controllers ,  information will be displayed on LCD screen. Based on set point temperature micro controller will set heater to On or OFF.

The user has a facility to change the Set-Point just by sending a message to the GSM. The Set-Point that the user had sent is automatically assigned to the system. As soon as the new Set-Point gets activated the previous Set-Point gets deleted and the process runs depending on the new Set-Point criteria.

This system is mainly useful for industries where parameters like temperature, humidity …etc are key and handling these parameters manually is not possible. These are nowadays used in all kind of industrial and commercial complexes.

Can Protocol Based Data Acquisition System Abstract

Can Protocol Based Data Acquisition System projects main idea is to control temperature variations in industrial process.  LM35 sensors are used as temperature sensors in this application.

This data is transfer with CAN controller to the master node and in the master node the values are detected and then it goes for the accurate value of the gas. This first check with the node addresses and if the address is matched then the actual location of the plant is identified by the master controller which are already fed in the controller. Thus identifies the location and then gives a accurate location without having any mismatch with a the other location values. This is in a continuous process and this will monitor the unit all the time and it even save the controller time in deducting the time of and power of the controller process.

Multivariable Parameter Interfacing With Can Bus Abstract

The security system in coal mines due to leakages of gases are very hazards situation. There are different sensors to monitor different gases in the coal mines. To sense the gases we have gas sensors. Normally  in  coal mine the gas sensed at one location will transfer the data to all the places in the of the mine. But it is little difficult to find in which location does the real accident occurs. Here MULTI VARIABLE PARAMETER INTERFACING WITH CAN BUS control area network implements the correct location and fast data transfer to all the node and to the master control unit.

The gases that are released in the coal mines are dangerous. They kills people and even damage the location completely. The CAN controller specifies the correct location and transfers the complete data to the master units and alerts complete system giving preference to the dangerous place first. This done with the microcontroller giving the specific priority to the complete unit depends up on the amount of gases that are released to the system. Here the gases are detected through a gas sensor. This sensed signal is in terms of voltages, depending on the voltage vale we have to decide the gas that is present in the location. This voltages levels are converted in to digital values with a 12bit analog to digital converter so that we can have a good precision over the gases that are present in the location. 


Mostly CAN controller is used for wide area plant for having a good command over the plant control and exact data transfer. Here we even have the data acknowledgment of the data that is transferred to the controller from both ends that is from the master end to the slave end. Sot that mismatch of data with other slaves units is almost reduced.

Industrial Automation Using Can Protocol Abstract

Industrial automation using can protocol projects main idea is to develop an application which can handle temperature variations in an industry by using DC motor. This application is implemented using CAN protocol, the main use of can protocol is it is a serial, asynchronous, Multi master communication protocol which is used to interconnect electronic devices in auto mode in industrial applications. Implementing application using CAN will be a cost effective process with easy implementation and it can be used in peer to peer network with accurate error checking capability and the data transfer rate is 1MBps.

This application will be useful in industries to control temperature. DC motor is controlled using CAN protocol. LM35 sensors are used in integrated circuit as temperature sensors.

A Can Based Distributed Control System For Autonomous All-Terrain Vehicle (Atv)

Control area network is a network system for connecting different nodes and controlling it by transferring data from one node to another. Here the mode of data sending will be from each nodal address mostly can bus is used for automobiles, industrial application and controls. Here in A CAN BASED DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR AUTONOMOUS ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE(ATV)project we are going to display data on display boards using CAN network. We are taking research on CAN bus for advertisement boards. The main aim of the project is to transfer the data with two lines for longer distances for interconnected networks in cities. Mostly advertisements in cities are with LCD’s and LED’s.

For our convince here we are taking LCD displays. We have to display different types of data at different location this can be controlled and managed from one place. The main intension of using CAN for this purpose is it can transfer data for longer distances, no data corruption and a better acknowledgement with faster response. This will consume very less power compared to another network connection we give a specific address to each location where the CAN node is fixed with this specific address each is communicated.


The data what we want to display will be predefined one and that is transmitted to the location after transmit we can get an acknowledgement from that place that the complete data s was received if any of the lines have been disconnected on tampered then the response connection for the two can node will be in faulty manner indicated no data could be transmitted.
