Title: Congestion Control Mechanism Using GCRA Algorithm

Aims: To design a simulation for overflowing ATM network and establish a router with congestion control based on the GCRA Algorithm
Objectives: This application has the following objectives
• To minimize the congestion for the purpose of traffic control
• To make the ATMs work efficiently without interruptions
• To establish a router using GCRA Algorithm for the purpose of congestion control
Deliverables: This application delivers the following
• Establishment of a router based on GCRA Algorithm
• A well simulated java code to implement the GCRA Algorithm
• Proper Literature review with document standard to evaluate the research on GCRA algorithm
