Employment services projects main idea is develop a web portal application through which employee can find jobs by submitting their information in the portal. This web application will be useful for jobseekers, employers and employment services.
This software consists of four modules. Registration and resume submission module though which users can upload their resumes and the second module is employment statistics through which employee can view job opportunities available on different fields he is looking for and the third module is employment market information which is used for updating and looking after new information on jobs and employment market information and its returns in this module we will calculate total man power required for the company and vacancies under different categories and total number of posts and fourth module is vocational guidance and career consulting for self employment.
This application is implemented in java and STRUTS framework. Here we use IBM web sphere development application for developing code.
