Network load balancing project is a cse project implemented in java platform. This project is used in software organizations in different services where there is heavy traffic in communication. Mainly this application is useful in chatting, mailing, websites where data flow is high. Main functionality of this system is to handle traffic at server stage and allow other servers to share load when main server is affected with high load.

This change in server is not known to user and this process will improve affiance of service, redundancy and reliability. This is a software application which will calculate load of each server and take decisions on routing to other server.

In this paper we anlyaze different scenarios using different methods in single link and generic networks and there performance in each network and increase it scope with new methods like Max-min Kelly control which will offer smooth sending rate, increase in convergence to efficiency and fair transition by reducing delays and congestion which will be applicable to present high speed networks.

This project is useful for providing security on web in peer to peer networks where Sybil attacks are common. In this attack a single user will create multiple face nodes and create byzantine failures which will reduce performance of system. In order to overcome this problem we implement a Sybil guard protocol which works on social network. This system will check the links between nodes and other nodes in network if there are regular interaction between them then it is treated as trusted node else it is dropped.

In this paper, we analyze present algorithms flaws and propose new methods in the existing system to improve its performance in term of downloading time.

In the present scenario, most of the bandwidth utilization is used for downloading purpose and time taken for downloading varies from minutes to hours for each file based on network congestion or the service capacity fluctuations. 

Here we analyze two factors which affect mostly they are spatial heterogeneity in the service capacity in multiple peers and single source peer.
