Optimal Bandwidth Assignment for Multiple Descriptions Coding in Media Streaming project is a cse project which is implemented in java programming language. This project explains about improving quality of video streaming for end user and efficiently use available bandwidth by developing an algorithm. Multiple description coding is one of the widely used in media streaming for effectively using available bandwidth. In this paper we will analyze different issues in video streaming and test new algorithm using simulators and compare the result with existing method.
