Route Guidance For Blind People Using GSM & GPS Modems

Project Scope:

 The main aim of this Route Guidance For Blind People Using GSM & GPS Modems project is to route guidance and obstacles detection for a blind person.

Here we used GSM, GPS & Microcontroller, which are the main essentials of the project.

  • At The µC has four ports, one port is assigned for keypad, which is the blind person can give destination by long pressing any one of the key on keypad from four keys.
  • Whenever a key received by µC, µC sends corresponding key’s destination which is already programmed on it & also it sends the present location which was initially calculated by the GPS, to the GSM as an SMS.
  • A service provide is available in GSM location (eg., Airtel, Idea etc.,)
  • After receiving the SMS the service provider checks the destination in Google map (GIS), and then He/She will phone to the blind person and guide them to reach the destination.
  • There is also one obstacle detector in blind man’s cane stick, which is gives a beep sound if any obstacle reaches him.

The first the GPS checks its present location as Longitude & Latitude.

Scope of the Project:

 The main objective of this Optimistic security system final year project is to secure the valuable things. This is the Engineering project which consists of five stages (Burglar alarm, Shadow alarm, Laser based security system, Automatic gate control security system, Position based security system). Another advantage of this application is besides security thief himself gives his identification and it’s most reliable. It is done with the basic electronic components like transistors, resistors, etc.Visual as well as audio warning is achieved using LED’s and buzzer. This Project was the one month mini project for 3rd year or 4th year students.

Outlier detection strategy for distributed high dimensional data sets with mixed attributes projects main idea is to implement new methods in dataset which is mostly used in research fields of credit card fraud detection and other fraud cases in electronic commerce. This paper will explain different methods for finding patterns that mostly occur in the dataset and compare it with existing data mining techniques which are used to find regular patterns.

In existing research papers outlier detection is mostly focused on datasets with a specific attribute type, by considering these attributes as numerical and ordinal or categorical. Among these methods categorical is not a accurate process where categorical data is converted to numerical values.

Automatic Drunken Driven Avoiding System for Automobiles Project

Automatic Drunken Driven Avoiding System for Automobiles projects main idea is to implement a embedded based system for traffic police to easily find out the people who are drunk and driving. Away from application this system is also useful for find the temperature inside vehicle. In this project we use LM35 for sensing temperature, and ADC 0808 for analog to digital converter.

Sensors will collect information in the form of analog signals and send information to analog to digital converters and digital signals are sent to micro controller. If driven is drunken bulb will off and information is displayed on LCD screen.

Bandwidth Estimation for IEEE 802.11-Based Ad Hoc Networks projects main idea is to provide quality of service and improve the performance of Ad Hoc Network packet transmission and reduce delay in packet transmission.

Ad hoc networks works don’t need any fixed infrastructure like base stations for its operation. In this technology packet transmission and receiving are addressed by nodes. Ad hoc system works on IEEE 802.11 wireless network standards which is not designed for ad hoc networks but it is used for wireless systems so this standards are not accurately suited to for this system.

Limitations of this system are they work for short ranges mainly on radio communication range so in order to solve this problem in ad hoc network distributed routing protocol is implemented for communication between out of range.

Artificial Neural Networks Trained Load Flow Analysis Project

In Artificial Neural Networks trained load flow analysis project, Load flow solution is necessary for power system planning, operation and economic scheduling of power system. Load flow problem is solved using artificial neural network. The results are compared with conventional method. The neural network is trained using the data obtained from Newton-Raphson method. The trained network is used to provide the solution of the load flow problem.

In many industries power management is important factor for load analysis. In this project we will work on power quality importance and its usage in industries. This system is tested with the existing system values which showed a improved performance.

Electronic Toll Systems Project

Electronic toll systems main objective is to implement a user friendly toll fee method which can save time and reduce traffic congestion at toll gates and provide solution for users to reach their destination without wastage of time.

In general toll gates are placed on high ways and collect money from travelers. In that process there are chances of frauds in money collection so using this method can reduce these problems and provide smooth travel across the country.

This system is presently implemented in countries like America, Canada, Australia …etc. This system works on RFID technology. Detailed explanation of project is explained in the attached document.
