System Development Life Cycle Project Management

Now a day’s people are becoming selfish when it comes to donating blood. If it keep going like this then the doctor will going to unable to save people and there will be no blood available in the blood banks. So donate blood and encourage people to donate blood.

We are preparing an online based web site for blood groups. The motive of the project is to develop blood donors, blood requester and blood clinics. On this website the patients can put their request and can search for blood donors and to bring blood needier and blood donor in the same platform.

The scope of then website is very wide it can help the people those who need blood and give the address of the nearest blood bank. For this project we can collect the information that what the user want.

Primary and secondary data: –Primary data includes original data i.e. face to face interviews for the donors and needers or telephone interviews. Online surveys can be done through internet. Its advantage is that we can collect the specific data and it will remain up-date and their disadvantage is that it is very expensive and very difficult to collect data. Secondary data are those which are collected from other sources and it can be done by doing surveys. It will save time in collecting data and it is less expensive.

For the development for this follow system development life cycle (SDLC). It provide a consist task needed to develop the project. It is used in the development of any project which describe the stages involve in it. It gives the idea to the user for developing a project. It includes all activates in appropriate way whether the system is manual or automated

Ad hoc Network CSE Seminar Report

It is a wireless technology in mobile network for communication. Mobile network can be classified into infrastructure and infrastructure less network. Infrastructure network are those which uses wire for communication whereas in infrastructure less network we don’t use wire and mobile ad hoc network (MANET) technology is one of them. Mobile ad hoc network is oriented from DARPA packet radio network (PRNet) and SURAN network. MANET supports multicasting transmission of data at a time. It has improved deployment, it is highly flexible and cost is very low.

Challenges in routing and multicasting: – It has a multihop routing because of limited propagation range of wireless nodes. It introduced a technology that supports online gaming and video conferencing for that we require multicast which has spread all over the world. It has dynamic topologies, in which the multi-hop is highly dynamic and unpredictable. Its bandwidth is low than the wired technology. It the node may go in energy saving mode and does not support user. Its security is limited.

Contribution: – it introduces On Demand Multicast Routing Protocol (ODMRP). The performance of ODMRP is improved by applying many paths. It has a robust protocol for mobility.

Related Work: – Ad hoc network are classified into three categories that are Proactive Protocols which is also known as table driven protocol. It maintains all the routes between nodes in the network. Second is Reactive protocol, they are also known as on-demand protocol. They do the searching of routes between nodes if they are needed and they require less control traffic to maintain the routes. And the third one is hybrid protocol, they are also known as Zero routing protocol and they are the combination of proactive protocols and reactive protocols. They maintain the group of nodes for routing.

Seminar Report for Challenges In Mobile Ad hoc Network Seminar Topic

Introduction to Challenges In Mobile Ad hoc Network Seminar Topic:

There is a vast increase in mobile computing technology. Technology of hardware and software is grown and allows wireless networking. Infrastructure mode is those in which communication goes into base station whereas Infrastructure less mode is called mobile ad hoc network (MANET). It is a collection various node which connect to the internet dynamically. This is very important communication technology because it supports pervasive computing.

Related background: – The MANET technology act as a both mobile host and routers which connects dynamically to the internet without wires at anytime and anywhere by using pre-existing infrastructure network. In MANET there is various type of traffic types in which communication takes place between two nodes within one hop or beyond one hop. It has many features such as Autonomous node, distributed operation, multi hop routing and many more.

Challenges in MANETs: – The main challenge is to route the data packets from source machine to destination machine. Since there is no wire therefore each node is perform like a router. For energy conversation node may stop transmitting of data. In this bi-directional links is not possible. Its security level is low therefore it is vulnerable. In the demand base operation is done using node. It provides Intrusion detection, which is a set of actions that identifies the attempt that compromises the integrity, confidentiality or availability of resources. To know an intrusion attack we have to make a model and then we have to follow Intrusion detection system (IDS). The infrastructure of ad hoc network is not fixed therefore we cannot use any IDS technique on it.

Conclusion:-Ad hoc network is very essential technologies in now days. The two main challenges of ad hoc network is routing and intrusion detection. It can become popular if the challenges related to routing and intrusion detection are resolved.

Technical Seminar Reports For CSE on Cell Phone Virus attack

Introduction to   Cell Phone Virus attack Technical Seminar Topic:

There are many similarities between cell phone and computer. Now a day the demand of cell phone is increasing very much therefore rate of mobile is also increasing. Many new technology is becoming in cell phones which support java and windows therefore virus in cell phone become easy through mp3 files or by Bluetooth or by anything else. Mobile viruses are which are WAP enabled. Viruses in computer are five years earlier but mobile viruses are new. WAP enabled cell phones can access variety of services, more application were added then simple text passing to each other.

WAP security:-In older to protect cell phones from viruses sever have ensured that more authentication will be given to user data and services but still there are many issues related to surety which are too resolved. The first type of security in cell phones is gate way security, it scans the script and detects the malicious code and removes it before it comes to user devices.

PC virus VS Cell phone Virus: – There are many similarities between cell phone and PC’s. In pc virus spread through e-mails or through internet. Similarly viruses in cell phone came though Bluetooth or through sending message to one another. The introduction of java and other languages will affect the security and reliability.

How cell phone Virus came into market:-The first virus came into market with a mobile phone running on Symbian operating system as game Mosquitoes calling itself as Masquitos2 which sends message to phone number present in the cell phone. Motive to create virus is that they want to show that they are the first to create virus for that platform or to get user attention. A virus may affect the phone by making calls or sending message, accessing or modifying phone book data.

Cell Phone Virus and Security Seminar Documentation

Introduction to Cell Phone Virus and Security Seminar Topic:

Today as the technology is growing the virus is also growing. As the use of cell phones increasing the use of application to secure data is also increased but it can be in fact by the virus. Cell phone virus is same as the computer virus. Computer virus is spread through e-mails attachments and mobile virus spread though Bluetooth attachments. Mobile virus also spread through downloading from internet.

Spreading of virus: – Only Smartphone with Bluetooth and data transfer capabilities can receive virus. Internet is also one of the causes for spreading virus in cell phones. Bluetooth wireless connection and multimedia can also affect the phone through file sharing. GPS technology can cause much large scale of virus infection

The first cell phone virus is Cabir and all its coding was done in Symbian operating system. The second virus was COMWAR and it came into existence through MMS. CARD TRAP was a malware virus and it affects the cell phone by jumping from infected cell phone into target computer. DUTS was the file infector virus and it is known for pocket pc. A SKULL was a type torjon horse virus and replaces all desktop icons with image and it has a .sis extension.

Protective Measure: – The protection from virus can be done in two phases one is network layer security and second is system level security. Network security is used to secure mobile from sms or internet virus and system security keeps the cell phone memory clean. Virus can delete personal data from mobile and can transfer to another mobile.

Conclusion: – Cell phone virus is same like a computer virus never open anything if you don’t know about it. Don’t give a chance to install a virus in your mobile and please keep your Bluetooth turn off. Keep checking your security updates to know about virus.

Seminar on Code Division Multiple Access

Now a day’s mobile communication is growing at a faster rate day by day the users for cell phone is growing very much. In CDMA we can have multiple users transmitting over one channel. CDMA is a new digital wireless transmission technology form of spread spectrum and it was launched in early nineties. CDMA works by converting speech voice into digital wave and then transmit it as radio wave. The frequency for the CDMA is not defined and many times a lots of user has to use the same frequency without interference and the receiving device is design to use the data out of received signal.

History: – The first cell phone were introduced in 1980’s and has the AMPS (Advanced Mobile Phone System). In coming years the demand for cell phone starts increasing and CDMA came into existence in 1994.CDMA uses digital modulation and processing technique. A phone is called cellular because it divided the area into small cells and each cell is assigned a frequency.

CDMA has a bigger capacity over GSM mobile and uses less interference and lower radiation and it more secure than GSM. CDMA uses pseudo- random code sequence. GSM is an extended version of time division multiple access.

Basis of CDMA: – CDMA uses spread spectrum technology which means transmission in which the data sequence occupies a bandwidth in excess of the minimum bandwidth to send information. In it a multiple user can share a common channel without any external interference.

Advantages and Disadvantages: – It is best for building system and it reduces average transmitted power. It improves the telephone traffic capacity. It also improves voice quality and eliminate external interference. Also provides reliable transport mechanism for data communication. It does not support multi part fading and also does not support multi user interference.

Technical CSE Seminar Topic on CFDP

Overview of CFDP: – In it lost or corrupted data is also transmitted. CFDP also adopted enable robust operation because in it the time required to establish a connection may exceed, time limit may exceed for transferring file.

Reliable transport: – If data transfer is proper the many application operate properly. It is reliable that every data issued is delivered successfully to its destination. Is has a TCP style of functioning, in this type of communication it is require that the sender and receiver negotiate a data flow connection and it delivers data to the client only in transmission order.

Routing protocol: – This allows the internet to choose the route for packet delivery at faster speed. Is follows hierarchy system to improve stability and at the top level of hierarchy path selection is resolved by the border gateway protocol (BGP) by operating IP address. For this work they require timely updates of the location.

Delay tolerant network: – It uses only those protocols which are best suitable for the network and insert a new overlay protocol. This overlay protocol act as a bridge between different stacks at the boundaries and in gateway infrastructure. Overlay network should be continuous and it should have constant transmission latency and error rate should be low and low congestion.

DTN without Binding:-It uses IP rather than of bundling amd it departs from the internet. In this we consider that the for development of supporting infrastructure that’s enable the deployment of DTN by internet capabilities and no protocol modification.

Conclusion: – Application developer is familiar with non-bundling DTN approach but we also need delay – tolerant architectural principles. The interfaces do DTN technology is used to implement any number of internet application. In research it has found that we can fairly configure large and complex DTN networks.

Technical Seminar Topic for CSE on Bluetooth Networking

Introduction to  Bluetooth Networking Technical Seminar Topic:

It is a small private area network especially used for short places. It low power consumption connectivity they are used by devices like mobiles, desktops, laptops, printers, keyboards mouse etc.

This technology is based on the ad hoc network. Bluetooth was first used by mobile company Sony Ericson, after that many companies like Nokia,  IBM, Toshiba etc. come together to form a group and they names the group as Bluetooth. They use the radio communication frequency which is freely available in our country.

This technique operates in 2.4 GHz band which is available worldwide. It has 79 channels and it can support up to 8 devices in a piconet. There are many wireless networks available in the market like IEEE 802.11(Wi-Fi), IrDA, GSM, GPRS etc. but Bluetooth is very popular among then as it is very cheap and easy to use.

Bluetooth gives the speed up to 1 MB/sec and It has the range of 10 meters. It connects through IP and Cellular network via PPP.

IEEE 802.11: they are used for LANs to extend the 802.3. it has the speed up to 11 MB/sec.

IrDA: they are low cost infrared data interconnection standards. User must in the range of 1 meter. It is also bi communicational network. It gives the speed up to 4 MB/sec.

A Bluetooth system consists of group of computers connected to each other to form a network called piconet. In piconet it has one master device and other is 7 active slave devices. But all the devices must be in the range of 10 meters. We can also connect two piconets.

Problems:

Blue snarfing: – user can copy the address information from other Bluetooth user phone.

Blue spamming: – we can also send spam to other users.

Blue jacking: – we can also send the message to other Bluetooth phone.
