In Web Based Ordering and Payment System project in PHP , the proponents will enumerate the overall productivity of a well-defined and well-managed web-based ordering and payment system and incorporate with it the functionality of macro-computers and micro-computers. The proposed system has the ability to keep track of the orders and sales generated by the business and update its owners at any time convenient to them. Consequently, the proposed system will lessen the business owners’ work, saving their energy and time as well for other more important concerns that need their immediate attention. The system will also be advantageous, since the usage of the proposed system will resolve limitations in time. At the same time, the accuracy, efficiency, reliability, user-friendliness, security and profitability gathered from the business owner, employees, and clients will be ensured. The proposed system will also reflect the integrity of the business it is applied to.

The proposed system is a web-based ordering and payment system for the clients and owners of the business. It is designed to improve the traditional ordering and payment method of the clients of the business. The proponents will use PHP5 and HTML as its front-end scripting language and MySQL as its back-end database. The system will run under Windows Operating System platforms only. 

Statement of the Problem

            The proponents would like to verify the feasibility of the proposed Online Ordering and Payment System for KAEKO’s Sweets and Banquet Services. The aim of the study is to promote efficiency and effectiveness in the tracking of sales generated by the business and to promote ease from hard work among the owners and its clients.

Modules  Overview:

First, a security module will be provided to heighten the business security from unauthorized personnels. The security measures used in this particular system is the correct username and password combination which will determine the type of configuration to be loaded. A user must first correctly log-in before the appropriate functions of the system are displayed. The system will be composed of three levels of access- the administrative account, the standard account, and the guest account.

The administrator account (owner’s account) is entitled to the maximum authority of the entire system, which includes, but not limited to: Sales Generation Reports, Product Maintenance and Inventory, Products Information and Product Orders. The standard account (customer’s account) will have a limited access to the system, which includes the following: product requests, product purchasing/ shopping cart, and viewing of his/her account. Under the guest account, access is limited only to browsing of products; he/she must first sign in before the placement of order is done.

Users of the proposed software may change their usernames and respective passwords for added security. 

Current System

In Online Sales for Aayurvedic Medicine PHP Project, We have tried to provide online sales aayurvedic medicine which are being used in creating websites. It provides the designing of any site. This is site is very easy to use and gives friendly environment to our customers. The customer can see the  aayurvedic medicine and can sales.

In the home page user can see the advertisement of the same site and also can view recently uploaded medicines. You can even login from that page. Without login user cannot purchase any template. For new user we have given the facility for sign in.

In gallery page you can view any medicine full screen. In one page you can see only nine images so that user can see it properly. In the bottom you are getting link for going in next page of gallery same as Google. You can sales your medicine with credit card only. You can even directly contact the designer for specific design work.

You can even get print out of your bill as you are getting link of print. It will directly give you the dialog box of print.

From admin side you can add new medicine update as well as you can also delete any medicine. You can see all medicine the.

After salling or visiting site you can logout if you have sign in.

LIMITATION AND FUTURE ENHANCEMENT

No system or software is 100% perfect or reliable in its sense of functionality and performance. There are always small or big bugs in the system. So our system has also some limitations.

• Chatting is not possible with our site.
• It is not possible to view colors of newly launched bike(s) while purchasing the bike.
• Future enhancement will include all the functions which we are not able to implement in our system.
• Like in future we can make the messenger in which it is possible to chat with members of our site.
• And also try to connect with other messenger.

May be in future it is possible to get solution on the spot.

Modules Overview:

There are two main modules in this application admin module and user module. This application works on centralized database where user and admin will fetch data from database.

User Module: General User who visits website will post questions and answers for posts using this module. He will not have access to database. He can only modify or delete his own posts.

Online Mobile Shopping Project Forms Overview:

When user enters into application he can view main index form which consist of Home, Price List, Purchase, Download, Contact Us and About Us.

Home Form: User who want to buy mobile phones from this website he should first register with application and get user name and password. Home module will have user name and password to enter in to application.

Price List: Based on type of mobile phone and type of brand price list of phones are divided and displayed in the list view with images and price tag.

Purchase: using this form user canadd products to list to view and move for ordering process.

Existing System:

To complete a task through Manual basis is time consuming as well as it increases burden on the employee so for a better side to complete a task many of organizations are implementing on-line system. In early way the before there. 

The existing system had been static. The Company follows a Online system for maintaining the Online Tour & Travels. 

• Whenever admin want to manage all the modules in admin site then there no facility for that.
• The day-to-day entries are made Online into the book that has gotten all the relevant entries.
• In another problem in Existing System is that admin side. There are many admin are work. So the admin wants to give the specific permission to the control panel. 

 Limitation of Existing System 

Each and every system has certain drawbacks that lead them in to the improper working. Our traditional manual system of we are able to booking tickets and packages in only our current city and we are want to spread our business in worldwide(India) so we are choose the online booking method. 

• There is some problem faceted in the existing website. So, the Site owner wants to the Re-develop the Existing Site. 

• First when the user wants to book the tickets then they have to contact to booking office manually, and that is very embarrassing for them. 

• A second is that admin side problem. There is the three and four admin. Each time one is not present then another will change the Admin. 

• The biggest problem in existing site that the pages of that website are static and not dynamic, so the functionality of the site is not dynamic and the site doesn’t work dynamically. 

• And in the existing system there are only some selected cities, so the owner wants to explode his site with adding new cities across the country so in the new site we add more cities as compared to existing site. 

• In the existing site the users can only see the packages and the information about the packages but he cannot book the ticket online so we provide the online ticket booking facility in this new website. 

• In this new website we explore this site in all India, and we provide the facility of both of tour and the daily travel. 

• Some other basic problem that arise so, we Re-develop that site very carefully.

Online auctioning system project is a new idea for developing a web application which can reduce work for users who want to buy different types of products through on online with our visiting any location and participating in bidding process.

Project Introduction:

While explaining about his project we  will analyze existing procedure that is followed by users to buy products using bidding method. Bidding is the process of buying product by raising rates at the time of purchase and maximum amount bid is called as winner and he will get the product.

This application will help business personals and clients from different locations to buy products using bidding method through online. User should register with application and search for area and product that is available for bidding and see history of bidding and users details.

User who want to sell product can register with application and upload bidding related information of the product and fix rates and get money after bidding.

Dynamic Website Project Overview:

The purpose of the analyzing a system is to evaluate the practically of the system, being developed. The system analysis enables one to understand how well or not the proposed system will perform in the given environment. System analysis follows certain sequence for gathering the information thus to reach a conclusion. Project members, according to their ease and requirements, can arrange the sequence.

System analysis of LPC MARDAN also had to go through certain procedure according to a sequence. It started off with the preliminary investigation that included data collection through documentation review and conducting interviews. Then feasibility of the project was checked in term of operation and technically, which lead to generation of feasibility report for the proposed system.

Easily understandable and insertion form will be used.

The processing will be done using proper queries of the tool being used to for developing the software in order to achieve efficiency or in lowest possible time.

Output, of the processing data will be seen in easily understandable form.

Storage, of the data will be done appropriate tables for each record.

User Registration and Control:

This study proposes a Business Model for Cloud Computing Based on a Separate Encryption and Decryption Service. The concept is based on separating the storage and encryption/decryption of user data. In this business model, Encryption/Decryption as a Service and Storage as a Service (SaaS) are not provided by a single operator. In addition, the SaaS provider may not store unencrypted user data and, once the provider of Encryption/Decryption as a Service has finished encrypting the user data and handed it off to an application (e.g. a CRM system), the encryption/decryption system must delete all encrypted and decrypted user data.

The concept of dividing authority is often applied in business management. For example, responsibility for a company’s finances is divided between the accountant and cashier. In business operations, the accountant is responsible for keeping accounts, while the cashier is responsible for making payments. By keeping these two functions separate, the company can prevent the accountant from falsifying accounts and embezzling corporate funds.

Official documents frequently need to be stamped with two seals (i.e., the corporate seal and the legal representative’s seal), thus preventing a staff member from abusing his position to issue fake documents, and these seals are normally entrusted to two different people. These examples of the division of authority are designed to avoid a concentration of power which could raise operational risks.
