The main aim of this A New Supervised Method for Blood Vessel Segmentation in Retinal Images by Using Gray-Level and Moment Invariants-Based Features Matlab final year project is to provide a neural network (NN) method to detect images. This project was mainly uses in Diabetic retinopathy systems. This matlab application works with the Retinal images where it can be preprocessed by feature selection and extraction, data structuring can be applied by data sets.
