Power Distribution At NFC EEE Final Year Project

ABSTRACT

The power distribution is one of the complex structures. So, in order to study power distribution system we have chosen Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC), Moula-Ali, Hyderabad.

Our project report provides in-depth knowledge of NFC’s power distribution network. In addition to that various facts regarding short circuits and other faults are discussed. It also discusses about various method of improving the power distribution quality.

Our project report is presented in four sections. One section covers power distribution in NFC, section two gives various ratings of equipment’s, section three deals with various short circuit studies and section four deals with the improvements made for the minimization of losses,  and their analysis.

 Under section one all relevant topics related to power distribution have been discussed. In the minimization of losses we covered topics like Energy Management System (EMS), power factor control, reduction of harmonics, etc.

Employee Information System is the system to get the details of employee’s login and log out details. This will help the organization to monitor all employees’ information and this will be used only for a particular organization, so every organization will maintain this system for the employees. The administrator will give the default password for employees, then he can change password.

The administrator will maintain all the details of the employees. The administrator can view all the employee details with individual information. The administrator can view all employees’ login and logout details and he can also view the individual login and logout details. The administrator can add new employee details and he can also modify the existing employee details.

Employee Information System is the windows application which is developed in VB.NET .This application is mainly used for the employee’s time in and time out details.

E-Election SQL Server 2005 & Visual studio Project

The intention of E-ELECTION is to prove the power of voter by not giving any chance for rigging or any manipulations at the time of elections

Any country is expending large amount of money to conduct elections.  The result of election is very clear, the winner is the one who expends large amount of money and is in a position to manipulate the elections.  Such persons are occupying the crowns and ruling the public.

As a responsible citizen it is their duty to elect a right person.  To elect a right person all should know the profiles of the candidates who are standing for the elections and there should not be any scope for manipulations or threatening of public.  This e-Election is going to provide the complete profile of the candidate. 

Information about the candidates is not given by themselves but from the reliable sources like from the Police Department.  If there are any arguments pending in the Court of Law that information is provided by Courts, complete information about the candidate if got elected previously what all the works promised and how many got completed, if not he had any previous track record of serving to the public,

In this fashion the complete information of the candidate will be furnished, after going through the profiles of the candidate voting can be done online by providing the authentication details of the voter.  So there is no scope of manipulation.  After the election process gets completed results are announced automatically with the statistical reports.
E-ELECTION SQL Server 2005 & Visual studio Project is an election-related web site to make it easier for voters to find the election information they need. e-Election has developed an interactive web tool to allow residents to access their voter registration status and obtain candidate information.

With the assistance of the election Committee of Elections, e-Election had created the online ballot generator based on the voter registration information supplied by the state’s Qualified Voter File

Gesture Recognition Technology Seminar Topic

GESTURE-RECOGNITION-TECHNOLOGYGesture recognition(seminar topic) is an upcoming technology which can change entire view of technology. Gesture means signs made by human begin which originates from face, hands or any part of the body. These gestures can be captured using scanning or video methods and by processing these gestures in to human signals communication can be established between human beings and machines.  Presently technology only captures facial expressions and hand gestures. Many algorithms are developed for calculating gestures.

Main aim for gesture recognition is to build a richer bridge between man and machine through which a richer communication will be established between human and machine. At present GUI related interfaces are used in which text is taken as input from mouse and keyboard.

 

In this new system gestures are used as inputs which do not require any mechanical elements to communicate between man and machine. If we show move our hand on computer screen and based on our movement curser will according move which will make work easier. This technology will replace keyboard, mouse and even touch screens in the future.

Efficient Packet Filtering Using Hash Tables

Wireless Mesh Networks are one of the fast growing technologies which had created scope for developing software applications for mobiles which work mainly on wireless network.

Mobiles are playing major role in communication in ad hoc networks and locations like hill stations, and remote hard to reach places.

Issue detections should be done at application level with track back mechanism in order to provide secure communication.

Sybil attack is one of the dangerous attacks we see in wireless mesh network. There are two methods to deal with Sybil attack first is to install bulletproof hardware and second one is through packet trackback.

A Java Project on E-Learning

This application is developed in java programming language. This project is developed in three modules admin module teachers module and students module.

Each user should log in to their account and select course he is looking for and there will be sample classes about the subject based on these sample classes students.

In teachers module teachers should submit there details to administrator panel with sample classes and if they like sample lecture he will be appointed as a tutor. Admin module will look after transactions and quality of the site.

This mail application works same as that of Gmail and Yahoo mail but the visibility is inside organization. This application is implemented with all the features that are seen in regular mails. You can attach documents, use cc and bcc option and more.

Employee module in these module employees should register with the application and they can look after notices and daily attendance information and salary information based on date and time.

In present existing systems lot of manual work is involved which is a time taking and risky process and there is no security for data and there are chances of loosing data. This proposed application can solve above problems.
