Quantity Estimating Civil Project Report consists of detailed explanation of construction cost and process of controlling cost in building a villa. Here detailed explanation with analysis is provided in report.
In the one hand, working in a quantity surveying role, you will be gaining an understanding of the technical aspects of construction over the whole life of a building or facility. Your work will help achieve the best quality and value within the client’s specifications. in the other hand from the owner side to forecast cost of the project to decide go on in the project or stop working .
In our Quantity Estimating project we choose a villa with an area 240 m2 and we compute the quantity of this construction after reading the drawings carefully and specification and then we estimate the total price for it by using unit cost for each item calculated.
Quantity Estimating Analysis reports:
Foundation work:
Excavation Volume:
- For Piles :
Volume = area of pile cross section * height
Two size of pile:
- 60 cm diameter , 9 m depth
80 cm diameter , 9 m depth
Footing:
Concrete,Measured by volume (Cubic meter)
Volume = volume of excavating footing + volume of binding = 79.26
Steel :
Measured by weight ( kg )
Weight for ɸX = total length of X * (
Total weight = Sum ( total different weight )
Total price = Total weight * unit price
Tie Beams:
Concrete,
Measured by volume (Cubic meter)
Volume = width of beam * depth of beam * length of beam
Total price = Volume * Unit Price
Ground Slab:
Concrete :
Measured by volume ( cubic meter )
Volume = area of ground slab * thickness
Total Price = volume*unit price
Steel :
Measured by weight ( kg )
Weight for ɸX = total length of X * (
Total weight = Sum ( total different weight )
Total price = Total weight * unit price
