Project Description: The main aim of this Forest Department E-Timber Application project is to provide timber merchant information located in forest, the output of the project defines the navigation between the functions and specifies the actions available to the user of the application. The e-Timber application is specifically designed for the users handling Timber sales at Government Timber Depots of Forest areas. It keeps a track of the forest produce, which is put up for sale at the Depots and also provides information on revenue generated from application is designed for the Karnataka Forest Department. This project was developed with SQL server, Oracle database server.

This final year project enables the user to access, manage and compose email using a standard web browser. It is POP3 (Post Office Protocol) & SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) compatible. It is a multi-protocol full featured web mail which contains multi features.

 The developed web application system is a highly efficient system and offers complete set of features required in a typical mailing system. The system can be easily adapted to any environment. The system provides well defined interfaces which are easy to use and which provide many services. This project was developed with J2EE using JDK 1.5 and SMTP mail server.

Result Processing system VB.Net project is a Database support and enhancement project, which involves receiving data from different source systems (like SQL db, excel sheet, Access Db). Then here we are taking the data and processing the Results with the help of different tables.

 Ex: Student information table, Subject master table Course(UG,PG,MCA,MBA etc.) wise marks table, Year(I,II and III year) wise result tables. After that mismatch, the data with other data base team. 

                After this process the databases uploading into the online, then involve in the testing for the monitoring accuracy. The reports are taking from this data, like subject wise, course wise student count for pass or fail.

A Concurrency Control Protocol for Clipping Indexing Project

A Concurrency Control Protocol for Clipping Indexing project is a cse project which is implemented using java and Mysql. 

This project explains about analyzing the situation in multidimensional databases and its growth in various applications and improvements need to be done to satisfy present growth.

In this paper we propose a effective concurrency control protocol which is integrated to R+ tree for supporting fast access to multidimensional data. 

But this new mechanism is not possible to directly apply to R+tree because object in R+tree may be indexed in multiple levels.

In order to solve this problem, we use granular locking for clipping indexing. This is the first method which is specially designed for R+ trees.
