Budgeting web portal projects the main idea is to implement an online web application which can calculate the budget of a month by selecting categories. 

This application can be used for every organization to analyze monthly expenditure and provide accurate calculations for the amount of budget they are invested for that month.

Initially user should register with the application and get unique login details. After admin will review and approve new user registration then user can use all the features like category selection, category for budget, add delete and list out new expenditure.

This system contains memory and run application using micro controller and update information to this card using java applets. Information like credit card details, passport information, driving license can be maintained in the smart card.

With this system, we can manage our important security information in a single application so if we lose any card or license there is no need to contact different departments.

If we use this application you need to just deactivate the smart card.

Front end application is also implemented for this system where we can update information to the smart card.

The sending information can be buffered at a router and forwarded depending on the present network traffic, here the data can be sent like packets. In this final year major project we use Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) network layer protocols. The benefit of using this system is that it allows transmission of data based on the preferences set at the router.

This project mainly consists of four modules named request new route module, maintenance new route module, data transferring module and updating message cache module.

Before going to send message first we should provide destination node in the drop down list then after we can enter the message what we are going to send in the message text box, we have two options available to send the entered message one send button and second clear button, Here we should keep select Node active button before sending. 

In the message transformation box, we can see the message sender name, route path & finally the message what we send to the receiver.
