Problems in the existing system:

  • There is no proper maintenance of records of every transaction and there details.
  • The system is every time consuming.
  • Manual system needs manpower to keep the record needed for the system.
  • It has more prone to failure than computerized due to on error.
  • There is high risk of data inaccuracy and error due to manual handling of the system.
  • To analyze the reports manually is very tedious task.

Solution through proposed system:

It is concluded that our project helps to solve the most of the problems in the existing system.

  • It reduces the manual work partially.
  • Save time and money used for whole process.
  • The project is user friendly so it can be handled by user by giving them some proper training.
  • It is feasible for transactions by all means.
  • No proper work required.
  • Easy for report analysis because the generated reports are updated and helpful in making decision making strategy.

Technical   Feasibility:

  • Proposed system is to be developed using java an window XP operating system, window-98 is also preferable.
  • Front end – Java
  • Back end – MS-Access for development of system.

Operational Feasibility:

  • Operational performed by system is user friendly.
  • By giving small demo or training to employee can handle it efficiently

Economical  Feasibility:

  • Developing cost of proposed system is less.
  • System requires computer system with specified minimum requirement.
  • System have benefits are high & cost is less.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENT:

  • RAM 128MB & above
  • Hard disk -20 GB & above

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT:

  • Developing software:   Java Developer 1.6  environment, MS-Access.
  • Operating system:  Windows 98 / 2000 / XP and above.
