The Obstacle Avoiding Robot using 8051 Project is the foundation level of any automatic robot. The technology has enough conceptual to include the great field of given area. This includes infrared nuclear that are applied to identify the hurdles which comes in the field of ROBOT. This would move under specific way and ignore the hurdles that are happening under its way. There are two methods, two D.C motors, which are utilized to provide movement for the ROBOT. The manufacturing of the circuit ROBOT is simple and little. The technological parts utilized under the circuits are simply present and it is also inexpensive.

The zero voltage is seen and hence µc concludes to ignore the hurdles through turning from left or right. When the sensor produces +5v to µc which implies there is no hurdles found in the way and hence it moves straight unless and until any hurdle is found.

There are two IR transmitter circuits which are present on left and front side of robot. The two IR sensors are positioned to IR LEDs of transmitters. The connections are produced from important circuit to sensors with the help of common twisted pair cables. There are two motors namely left motor and right motor which are communicated to driver IC (L293D).

Conclusion:

The Obstacle Avoiding Robot using 8051 Project makes use of µc P89V51RD2 like the managing component. This makes use of two IR transmitting circuitry and IR (Infra Red) sensor. If the hurdles are found under the way of robot then IR beam gets back from the hurdles and hence sensor produces zero voltage to µc.

AUTONOMOUS ROBOT PROJECT aims at designing and executing the obstacle detection and avoidance robot. A robot obstacle detection system includes a robot housing which navigates with respect to the surface and a sensor subsystem having a defined relationship with respect to the housing and aimed at the surface for detecting the surface. DWONLOAD-AUTONOMOUS-ROBOT-PROJECT-REPORT

The ultrasonic sensor is a paired sensor has a receiver and a transmitter sensor.

The transmitter sends the ultrasonic waves, and if the receiver senses any of the transmitted signals it indicates the presence of an obstacle. If the receiver doesn’t sense any signal it indicates the absence of an obstacle.

If any obstacle is detected the directions of the robot will be automatically changed.

This robot is fitted with motors. A micro controller is used to control all operations. According to the motor operations, the robot will operate as specified in the program. 

However, the micro controller is used for the project has latched outputs and as such one does not have to keep the buttons on remote control passed for more than a few milliseconds.      

The aim of the project: 

The main aim of this project is to develop a robot, which automatically controls the robot using 8051 Micro controllers. This project aims at designing and executing the fire sensing, alcohol, bomb and obstacle detection and avoidance robot. 

Conclusion: 

The project “AUTONOMOUS ROBOT” has been successfully designed and tested. It has been developed by integrating features of all the hardware components used. Presence of every module has been reasoned out and placed carefully thus contributing to the best working of the unit.

Secondly, using highly advanced IC’s and with the help of growing technology, the project has been successfully implemented. And finally, we conclude that EMBEDDED SYSTEM is an emerging field and there is a huge scope for research and development.

Robotic ARM Control Through Internet Lan for Patient Operation

Introduction:

India is still classified as a developing country and as such has a set of hurdles to be overcome in the medical field. This is because basic medical amenities haven’t been provided to towns and cities.

The project Robotic arm control through internet/LAN for patient operation designs a robotic arm with the aid of a micro controller and performs all these operations.

Patients face problems in terms of facilities meted out to them as well as availability of trained doctors. By using a robotic arm, all these problems can be eliminated and doctors from anywhere can perform the operation. Robots are flexible in nature and can perform a wide array of operations that can’t be realized solely by a doctor.

Working:

In this project Robotic arm control through internet/LAN for patient operation, an application will transmit the controlling data to a specific computer by sending corresponding IP address.

The Ethernet adapter configured with the specific IP address will receive the commands and send the information to micro controller via serial port.  This micro controller will control the robotic arm and sends appropriate signals to geared motor.

There is a micro controller in the robotic arm performing motor control operations. To view the patient’s status an RF camera is used and this is used to transmit it to the PC for the doctor to supervise. This project is mainly used to cut patient’s skin by high speed blades.

Conclusion:

     The use of computer-aided robots offers exact motion and path so as to reduce the side-effects of surgical meditation. Use of robots offer higher insight into the anatomy of patients to perform smaller incisions. In case of emergencies, by using a robotic arm a person’s life could be saved.

Robotic Arm Mechanical Robotics Projects

Introduction:

The project “Robotic Arm Mechanical Robotics Projects” is used in place of a human hand to perform a set of functions. This robotic arm is programmable in nature and can be manipulated. The robotic arm is also referred to as anthropomorphic as it is very similar to that of a human hand.

In this project, a self-sufficient Robotic arm is fabricated by using components like micro controller and motors. This increases the speed of operations in the industry and reduces the complexity of operations. It also brings about an increase in profit and productivity making it very easy to shift hazardous materials.

ROBOTIC ARM Description:

In this project Robotic Arm, the necessary components of the structure like ICs, blocks and power supply are all assembled together on the PCB. The mechanical part of the robotic arm is designed using PVC pipes. This project’s proposed idea is to create real kits that can be used for demo purpose.

The main part of this project’s design is an AT89C51 micro controller which coordinates and controls the product’s actions. This micro controller is a high performance CMOS 8-bit microcomputer and has a flash memory of 4 kilobytes. It consumes low power and is erasable read only memory (PEROM). This specific micro controller in various types of embedded applications and is cost viable option.  An entire robot can be also made by utilizing the concept proposed her.

 Conclusion:

 This project has made use of various kinds of I/O devices and thus more programs can be stored to develop the functionality process. Robots are also stronger and can perform heavy weight operations. It can work continuously and thus possesses a lot of work potential.

Robotic Project On Obstracle Detection

There are two types of robots in one type robots perform action as we give signals remotely where as second type of robots are self thinking robots which can detect obstacle and move forward. This project is of second robots. 

 In this robots Infra red pairs are used for sensing the obstacles and IR leads are used for transmitting and receiving infra red rays. Using infrared rays robots will find out the obstacles present in front of them and move right or left from their current position and move forward.
