Administrator module:

Administrator monitors all activities. Administrator authenticates and verifies all news information before it gets published. Administrator coordinates with all reporters and journalists for reliable information. Administrator also monitors all user activities.

User module:

The user can read the news paper by downloading it. User can access information based up on categories and relevance. User can also become a reporter with administrator permission.

Reporter module:

The reporter gathers the news related to a particular domain assigned to the reporter such as crime, sports, political etc. The reporter gets information through various sources and contacts or directly by interacting with concerned people.

Unique ID Management System Java Project

Abstract:

Unique id management system is a project developed to provide the information about the citizen in any country. The information can be found by the unique id of the citizen. In this unique id management system all the transactions based on the id will be performed by the citizen.

Introduction:

Unique id management is a project which provide flexible and efficient way to provide the unique id. Every citizen should have unique identification to find out personal information in each and every department or services wherever the citizen goes or do work.

Unique identity for every citizen can be provided with a birth certificate. After attaining age of 18 every citizen must register at RTO office or Collector office or Thasildar office. They will  get a password to access the site which is assigned to apply for id. ID card will be provided to every user after registration.

Citizens will be given a username and password. By entering into the site user can perform all the official operations. User can use all the government services. User can apply online from anywhere.

They can pay their electricity bill and telephone bill, book railway tickets and airline tickets and pay their taxes once after entering the site. During elections people can poll online. Government officials can verify details about a person from the database for issuing vehicle license, passport, visa, etc.

Objective:

The main objective of this project is to provide an unique identification without any duplication and difficulty to the users.

Modules:

User Login:

Every citizen can login and access their information page. All Indian citizens of age 18 and above:

Authorized Government security officials:

Authorized security persons in police, army, and airlines should given a unique ID and password to access the security officials page which give access to information of all users. Officials can access a user’s information in demand. Unnecessary access is prohibited.

Moderators:

Moderator can have access to details of all the users. He can modify the entire database.

Administrator:

Administrator can only access information. For any information update they must approach corresponding office to get approval. Admin can modify the entire coding and structure of the system. No moderator and admin can change details without any approval.

Knowledge Based Community Sharing System

Knowledge based community sharing system is a project which is developed for students and faculty in a university. This application provides an environment to share information and for maintaining the discussions between users and experts.

Knowledge based community sharing system is an online application which provides a platform for communication. The basic idea of KBCSS is to provide an environment for the students and faculty of a university  and to enhance their technical skills.

This application is to share the knowledge with their fellow students or faculty/researchers/industrial experts. This application also provide mutual cooperation between different kinds of users, learning by mining. By using this KBCSS application students can be able to discussion previous source which is studied.

New concepts are introduced in this system which are helpful for students and faculty where they can get information from experts. This system also provides an environment for  students /faculty / researcher  / industry experts who will drive us to make up an online knowledge centre for education and research

In this faculty module a secured mechanism is developed for accessing information based on a group.

Some limitation are provided to the students module. Only few functionalities will be enabled in this module.

Reports:

Reports are available on performance of students, college wise and percentage used.  Reports for maximum time taken for a discussion is also taken into account for future analysis.

Claimant module:

Claimant is the actual user and need to register first and applying for claims to csr. Then csr will performs all the process and finally updates status to the claimant.

Claim service representative:

CSR sits on in the call-center and attends calls from the insured , claimants and agents. He obtains information regarding the loss and registers the FNOL (first notice of loss) in the system. He can change the status of FNOL.FNOL will have the information that is required to register the loss and will be specific to LOB(line of business).

FNOL supervisor:

The FNOL supervisor has the capacity to view, modify, delete and verify the FNOLs. He can assign FNOL to inspection /survey team to inspect the accident claim or theft claim for further clarification.

Inspection/survey :

Inspection/survey user will go to the address as mentioned in the FNOL and will gather all the details and verify if the claim is valid or not. If not then the FNOL will be rejected.
