The main objective of this Biometric Finger Print Recognition Based Time And Attendance System Abstract project is to develop an embedded system, which will record the time and attendance of an employee in an organization and send monthly record of employee’s work hours and using finger print recognition.

          Whenever the employee enters the office he puts his finger on the embedded system, then the embedded system will recognize the person, it will register time of entry and attendance.

In this Embedded System Final Year 2012 Project we are using the microcontroller module for getting the attendance system and controlling the closing and opening of the door which is demonstrated using the LED on/off. And the attendance will be stored in the microcontroller’s memory.

ADVANTAGES: More secure & Safe because of fingerprints  which are  separate for each and every person.

Real-Time Atomization Of Agricultural Environment For Social Modernization Of Indian Agricultural System

This project “Real time atomization of agriculture environment for social modernization of Indian agriculture” will be useful for monitoring and soil condition of the farm field through the GSM based wireless communication as well as controlling can be done automatically by providing the water to the farm filed by switching on the motor automatically.This project will help the formers to know the status of the form field from the remote location.

In this Embedded System Final Year Project we are going to use ARM7 based microcontroller which is the current dominant architecture in the embedded systems. And the microcontroller is the LPC2148 microcontroller. And Moisture sensor will detect the soil condition and that uses the internal ADC of the LPC2148. The application will be written in Embedded C language using the Keil(IDE) and loading of the hex file into the microcontroller can be done by using the Flash magic.

Optical data transfer between two controllers via Fiber optic communication (Abstract)

In this Optical data transfer between two controllers via Fiber optic communication project, the data is transmitted from a microcontroller to remote controller via fiber optic cable using RS232 communication. On transmitter side, a keypad is interfaced to enter the data. On the receiver side data will be sending to another microcontroller

For developing this project we have used Embedded ‘C’ programming language and  Keil software tool,Flash magic software tool and the target output device is LPC2148 Microcontroller.

The main application of this project is for the data communication, By using embedded system optical data transfer we can transfer huge amount of data with in less time & with high band width

Wireless Access Monitoring and Control System Based On Digital Door Lock

WIRELESS ACCESS MONITORING AND CONTROL SYSTEM BASED ON DIGITAL DOOR LOCK  system has a Keypad or switches, Here we can submit password by using this Keypad. The entered password is same as stored password in database memory itcan send message to the user (owner). Then the perticular user sends an SMS to the embedded system then the relay will be on the door will be opened.  

Entering password by owner should be displayed on the LCD and the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) MODULE. If the sending password through the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) MODULE is also same as previous one, then the lock will be opened otherwise the lock can’t open to the perticular user.

Boarding School Students Monitoring Systems (E-ID) Using Radio Frequency Identification

Boarding school students monitoring systems (E-ID) using radio frequency identification DESCRIPTIONIn this system we are using the radio frequency identification reader (RFID reader) and tags should be given to each student. And the RFID reader should be connected to our personal computer. Whenever student put his RFID tag near to the RFID reader then the student Id is read by the microcontroller through the RFID reader then the microcontroller compares whether the card is authorized or not.

 In this Boarding school students monitoring system project we also develop a small front end application using visual basic. Whenever the reader reads the id then the id and time in and time out should be displayed on the PC. And the data should be recorded on the personal computer itself.  This project cannot control the punctuation of student but it can ease the workload of school management and save time.

Bus Detection Device for the Blind Using Passive RFID Application Abstract

RFID is a wireless personal area networking standard which provides features like non line of sight detection of tag by RFID reader from a distance of up to 1.5 meter. This feature help in using RFID in many applications.   

 This Bus detection device for the blind using passive RFID application (ABSTRACT) project demonstrates the concept of bus detection system by the blind people using RFID. In which the blind people having RFID reader with some microcontroller module which gives the buzzer sound whenever the specific bus comes, the bus is equipped with RFID tag. Whenever bus comes at bus stop the blind person who is provided with RFID reader get signal as it reads tag.      

       In our proposed 2012 Embedded System project we are using LPC2148 (ARM7) based microcontroller, which the current dominant microcontroller in mobile based products. RFID reader is connected to microcontroller based embedded board and a program is running which will analyze tag data on the bus and send signal to the buzzer if the bus tag data matches with program data.

This Car Park System: A Review of Smart Parking System and Its Technology Abstract project aimed to design a car parking system. When the person wants to park his car then first he has to keep the RFID card at the Reader then the microcontroller module consisting of display unit will displays the in time on the LCD with the help of RTC, whenever he wants leave then also he has keep the card at the RFID reader . the out time is also displayed on the LCD. Depending on the time the amount  will be deducted and also displayed on the LCD. The motors are used to park the car automatically by lifting the car to the particular locations.

Zigbee for Building Control Wireless Sensor Networks Abstract

 In this ZIGBEE FOR BUILDING CONTROL WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS  project we are using the two microcontrollers. ZIGBEE, fire sensor and home appliances are interfaced one microcontroller, ZIGBEE transceiver, switch, and Buzzer is connected to the microcontroller. Whenever the fire occurs in any building then the signal will go through the ZIGBEE transmitter and received by the ZIGBEE receiver which is located in the main block. And the buzzer should be on. At the same time if we want to control the electrical appliances in the building from the main block we can press the switch. Then the home appliances can be controlled automatically.

MONITORING OF AN AEROPONIC GREENHOUSE WITH A SENSOR NETWORK

 This MONITORING OF AN AEROPONIC GREENHOUSE WITH A SENSOR NETWORK  project describes the sensor node was developed   using off-the-shelf components and consists of sensors, a micro-controller and a low-powered Zigbee module .

The objective of this 2012 Embedded System Final Year project is to design a simple, easy to install, microcontroller-based circuit to monitor and record the values of temperature, sunlight of the natural environment that are continuously modified and controlled in order to optimize them to achieve maximum plant growth and yield.

The controller used is a low power, cost efficient chip manufactured by NXP of on-chip memory It communicates with the various sensor modules in real-time in order to control the light, aeration and drainage process efficiently inside a greenhouse by actuating a cooler, fogger, dripper and lights respectively according to the necessary condition of the crops. Here the data can be read through the wireless ZIGBEE.
