This project is fully automated & no need of manual interaction. This Project is can be useful in all important Oceanic Research Applications. DTMF Encoder & Decoders used in this project these decoders & Encoders can be operated by Cell Phone where it has battery & Micro Controllers.

GPS-GSM Integration for Enhancing Public Transportation Management Services (ABSTRACT)People those who are waiting for the buses at the bus stops for city or private buses will be looking eagerly for the bus they want to get in. But they can be able to trace the present location of the bus.

 This Final Year Engineering Embedded System project GPS-GSM INTERGRATION FOR ENHANCE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES will be use full to find out the current location of the bus on a particular route for city buses, private travels as well as RTC buses. This project contains two embedded system modules one will placed inside the bus and the other will be placed at the bus stops. The location of bus can be find out using GPS and can be sent to bus stop using GSM. Key pad will be helpful for location the location of the stop manually to the bus stop.

In this Public Transportation Management Services project we going use LPC2148 (ARM7) based microcontroller, which the current dominant microcontroller in mobile based products and software development Tool as  Keil, flash magic for loading hex file in to the microcontroller.

GSM based Parents tracking of the student attendance in college (ABSTRACT): It is time consuming task for the parents to check regular presence of the student to the college. And also for the college administrative people it is time consuming task to check each and every student attendance and marks to inform to the parents. But this project An Intimation to the parents about the bunking of the student for the college through GSM SMS will give and easy, low cost and automatic solution

In this GSM based Parents tracking of the student attendance in college System project we are going to use ARM7 based LPC2148 Microcontroller. The transmitting section consists of RFID module and GSM modem receiving section is the GSM based mobile phone.

Design and Implementation of Short Message Query System for Academic Office Embedded System

Design and Implementation of Short Message Query System for Academic Office (ABSTRACT):  A query system based on the mobile network in gaining importance as mobile network is deployed everywhere. Also sending query SMS by mobile is very chip. This system is very useful for Academic offices like colleges and universities where same type of query is again and again asked by different students. Query may be related to education like exam date, time etc, Financial query like exam fee, Book query, or human query.

              In this system one gateway which is located at college or university is communicated to user mobile via GSM modem.  The gateway, which communicates with mobile phone via GSM Modem, receives the coded queries from users and sends packed results back. 

              The gateway may be connected to other gateway using internet connection to form a big network. The limitation of this system is that we can’t send big SMS, secondly we have to send SMS in predefines coded format which can be understand by gateway. The reply we get is also in the predefined format only.

                   The proposed system includes GSM modem and an ARM microcontroller based embedded board. The received SMS from mobile phone at modem send to embedded board. Embedded board having program that will send reply to predefined coded message. Software requirements applied for this project is  Embedded ‘C’ Programming Language, Hardware tools required for this project is  Keil tool &  Flash magic tool, The destination device to  display is LPC2148(ARM7)Microcontroller.

GSM based Wireless Home Application Monitoring and Control System

GSM based Wireless Home Application Monitoring and Control System (ABSTRACT): GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) is a low-cost hardware equipment to create a system for remote monitoring and remote control. The system can be controlled and monitored via Short Message Service (SMS) from anywhere that covered by GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) service. Devices that connect remote monitoring and controlling of fans, TV sound, tube light, climate, door opening, closing and window’s and multimedia entertainment systems. In this project we are going to develop an embedded system, which will control all these devices with commands from a Remote device through GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) communication.

In this GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) BASED WIRELESS HOME APPLICATION MONITORING AND CONTROL SYSTEM project we are using ARM based microcontroller for controlling the equipments in the home. GSM modem is used to communicate and respond to the remote commands and those commands are sent to the processor. For example if we send 10 through the GSM the microcontroller receives the Short Message Service (SMS) depending upon the SMS the device should be on or off. If we monitor the status of the particular devices we send one more SMS. In this GSM BASED WIRELESS HOME APPLICATION MONITORING AND CONTROL SYSTEM project we are using the relay. Here the relay can be act as a switch for the corresponding device.

This automation system can also be used for small scale & large scale industrial applications with small modifications. It will sense temperature, pressure, humidity and transmit to remote station via GSM channel.

A REAL TIME PRECRASH VEHICLE DETECTION SYSTEM (ABSTRACT)

A REAL TIME PRECRASH VEHICLE DETECTION SYSTEM (ABSTRACT) With the growth of vehicles in large number and with the same Narrow size road it is very difficult for the driver to drive a vehicle safely without a crash on the road. If for a small fraction of time if a vehicle driven has missed his attention then it will result in crash of vehicle with front vehicle even if the vehicle is in small speed or no speed. In congested traffic sometimes a vehicle owner get frosted and he cant keep watch on vehicle in slow moving traffic. In such a situation this pre crash vehicle detection system proved to be a excellent system from preventing a crash.

Today many sensors are available for detection of pre crash between vehicles. We are using IR sensor system for detecting pre crash between vehicles. In our proposed system we are using a Infrared transmitter and infrared receiver combination system which is attached to a ARM based microcontroller board. A buzzer is also attached to a microcontroller based embedded board. The IR sensor system continuously sends signals and monitors any car or other obstacles are in front of car. The distance up to which IR sensor can work may be up to 1 meter. When any obstacle or vehicle detected by IR sensor system it will send signal to the ARM based embedded board. ARM based embedded board after receiving this signal send a signal to the Buzzer system which will work immediately. Vehicle drive can control his vehicle as per this buzzer signal when the vehicle is at 1 meter distance away from the front vehicle.
