The users are also given the facility to create a new project by themselves which helps them to handle the excel applications into the database more friendly. The present system is a windows application, in which users can upload data only to that system. 

Here the user must enter the rate, quantity, and sales result at each time when the transaction occurs.  It is a web application in which users can upload excel file which contains the transaction details. The user can store the details under a project category which helps them to identify daily data. The user can upload the excel file from anywhere at any time. The user can view summary reports of each project between two dates, monthly and yearly report. 

In future enhancement, the users can upload only excel file into the DB for calculating profit and loss of products. In future, we can use the facility to upload CSV or XML file into the database for calculation.

Finally concluding, Budget Analysis is an online project that allows the users to calculate profit and loss of products sold and do its analysis. For this, excel based analyzer is created. If the users are provided with the excel files, they can calculate the profit and loss from anywhere in the world and thus a lot of time can be saved. The users are provided with company’s excel files which are stored in administrator’s database.

Blood Bank Data Abstract a PHP Project Report

The purpose of Blood bank data abstract php project study was to develop a blood management information system to assist in the management of blood donor records and ease/or control the distribution of blood in various parts of the country basing on the hospital demands. 

Without quick and timely access to donor records, creating market strategies for blood donation, lobbying and sensitization of blood donors becomes very difficult. The blood management information system offers functionality to quick access to donor records collected from various parts of the country.

It enables monitoring of the results and performance of the blood donation activity such that relevant and measurable objectives of the organization can be checked. 

It provides to management timely, confidential and secure medical reports that facilitates planning and decision making and hence improved medical service delivery. The reports generated by the system give answers to most of the challenges management faces as far as blood donor records are concerned. 

The Ethiopian Red Cross Society publication, Development in the 1990 states that information from blood donors should be completely confidential and if this is not assured, names of the blood donors should not be recorded at all and/or an alternative record identification should be used. 

Implementation: 

Full implementation of the safe blood policy has called the use of information technology (IT) in providing working solution to the identified challenges. The associated problems with the PCS included delays in accessing historical records, inconsistencies and errors in data entry that stem right from acquisition of data from the blood donors because the exercise is of routine nature and very tedious to the system users. 

The automation of the system using modern IT has improved the quality of service. Secondly, with the use of IT, now relevant and timely blood donor reports can easily be generated and hence facilitating planning and decision-making. 

What Scolamiero recommends? 

Scolamiero (2000) recommends blood donor services automated information system as a solution to routinely collected, accurate and readily available information in blood transfusion services. 

It is also important to note that the impact of information technology on organizations is increasing as new technologies evolve and existing ones expand. According to Clifton (1995), nearly all business executives say that information technology is vital to their business and that they use IT extensively. 

Certainly business executive’s main concern is planning, coordination and decision-making, therefore, the role of IT in enhancing management of blood donor records is of major importance. In all, the computerization of blood donor PCS at URCS came at the ripe time given the background to the situation. 

This is more so because the demand for safe blood in Uganda has increased due to soaring increase in total population. Therefore, modern means to manage the PCS using IT had to take route. 

Conclusion:

The main objective of the study was to create electronic blood donor management information system in order to assist in the management of blood donor records, planning and share information in a more confidential, convenient and secure way using modern technology.

The objective of this application is to automate the process of Buying and Selling of Shares over the internet. Transactions by individuals in shares and securities are not generally trading transactions. To debug the existing system, remove procedures those cause data redundancy, make navigational sequence proper.

Automatic Fuzzy Ontology Generation for Semantic Web a Java Project Report

The Semantic Web Java Project intends to create a universal medium for information exchange by putting documents with computer-processable meaning (semantics) on World Wide Web in a standardized way. GENERATION-FOR-SEMANTIC-WEB-A-JAVA PROJECT-REPORT

Capability of semantic web: 

Semantic Web is capable of integrating the day-to-day mechanisms of trade, bureaucracy and our daily lives so that they will be handled by machines talking to machines, making them intelligent agents. 

Ontology is a conceptualization of a domain into a human understandable, machine-readable format consisting of entities, attributes, relationships, and axioms. It is used as a standard knowledge representation for the Semantic Web. Ontology is an effective conceptualism commonly used for the Semantic Web. Fuzzy logic can be incorporated to ontology to represent uncertainty information. Typically, fuzzy ontology is generated from a predefined concept hierarchy. However, to construct a concept hierarchy for a certain domain can be a difficult and tedious task. 

Tackling problems: 

To tackle this problem, this paper proposes the FOGA (Fuzzy Ontology Generation framework) for automatic generation of fuzzy ontology on uncertainty information. 

FOGA Framework: 

The FOGA framework comprises the following components: Fuzzy Formal Concept Analysis, Concept Hierarchy Generation, and Fuzzy Ontology Generation. 

We also discuss approximating reasoning for incremental enrichment of the ontology with new upcoming data. Finally, a fuzzy-based technique for integrating other attributes of database to the ontology is proposed.

Currently there is much data on our computers which we cannot browse, or process by, including personal data like calendars, play lists, GPS coordinates, bank statements; enterprise product and work flow and resources; and public data such as weather, events and the properties of materials. 

Why FOGA? 

The proposed FOGA framework would be useful to construct ontology from uncertainty data as it can represent uncertainty information and construct a concept hierarchy automatically.

Proposed a technique is to integrate extra attributes in a database to the ontology. 

Advantage: 

Its advantage is fully unsupervised ontology generation even from uncertainty information in the context.  

Conclusion: 

In this project we have proposed the FOGA framework for fuzzy ontology generation on uncertainty information. FOGA consists of the following steps: Fuzzy Formal Concept Analysis, Fuzzy Conceptual Clustering, Fuzzy Ontology Generation, and Semantic Representation Conversion. 

In addition, we have also proposed an approximating reasoning technique that allows the generated fuzzy ontology to be incrementally furnished with new instances. Finally, we have also proposed a technique to integrate extra attributes in a database to the ontology.
