Project Description: The main aim and objective of this CRM AIRLINES project are to apply the Customer relationship management concepts to domestic & international Airline companies and to satisfy the customer and take feedback through online web services system.

The below technical & software specifications used to develop this CRM Airlines system project:

• Used HTML, DHTML, and Java Script to develop the web contents as FRONT-END Technology like create a login page, new user registration form, feed back page, etc.
• Implemented Oracle database system as BACK-END Technology to create database tables and store all user database details.
