Introduction to Corporate messenger project:
Corporate messenger project is a implemented in java platform using windows 2000 server. Main aim of this project is to develop a chat application for organizations to increase efficiency of communication between employees and team members for sharing ideas. In existing system mailing is the basic form of communication between team members where every time users need to log in to their accounts and send messages which is a time taking process. In order to solve this problem we develop a chat applications with features like chat rooms, user management, administrative client, log charts and many other features.
Using this application we can improve communication channel, live communication facility, dividing the users, sending public and private messages, online and offline messages and graphical communication.
Main advantages of using this application is it reduces time for communication, efficiency will be improved, online and offline communication is possible , at a time project leader can communicate with more than one team member using chat application.
