Yahoo chat, face book, Gtalk are few live applications which are mostly used by internet users. At present mobile chat apps are also widely used by users for sharing information.
Most of these applications are used for personal but there is scope for chat applications to implement for websites where there is need of customer communication for selling products and providing support.
