Web based intranet Admin logistics project is a service oriented application where employees inside organization can share information. This project is for house keeping department to check after cabs booking, room and conference room bookings..etc.
Admin Logistics Project Modules:
This module helps in configuring of the workflow in the levels of escalation e.g., if complaint is not handled with in 24 hours will be escalated to their supervisor.
This module facilitates the user to manage the bookings of the cab, guest house and conference rooms.
This module allows the employees to log the complaints and these complaints will be mailed to the concerned departments and an excellent tracking and escalation system need to be developed.
This module allows the Admin to manage the users and also provides with the fair backup and recovery system.
Various customized MIS reports will be provided for the employees to manage the system effectively.
This Module relates to the Security Department which dealt with the advance appointment schedules.
